WEST PALM BEACH SOUTH END 2016 MARKET REPORT
What’s HAPPENING in West Palm Beach?…SOSO, EL CID and PROSPECT PARK neighborhoods are in strong demand! The average price per square foot for homes sold off water in all three neighborhoods showed significant growth in 2016 over 2015. South of Southern the price per square foot was up 8%, El Cid was up 25% and Prospect Park was up 20%. I see buyers that want to live close to downtown, close to the water and Palm Beach, great restaurants, shopping and close proximity to the airport. These neighborhoods are the solution and continue to appeal to prospective buyers in town for the season.
